Cyber Lancers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Cybersecurity Instructor Trainees.
The selected candidates will be responsible for conducting hands-on cybersecurity training sessions, guiding students through practical exercises, and supporting the maintenance and operation of cybersecurity lab environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct hands-on cybersecurity training sessions for students.
- Guide students through cybersecurity fundamentals, ethical hacking, and web application security exercises.
- Assist students with practical lab activities and technical troubleshooting.
- Support the setup, maintenance, and monitoring of cybersecurity lab environments.
- Track student progress, conduct assessments, and maintain training records.
- Coordinate with faculty and technical teams for effective training delivery.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts and ethical hacking fundamentals.
- Knowledge of computer networking, including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS,
and IP addressing.
- Familiarity with Linux operating systems and basic command-line operations.
- Basic understanding of web application security and common vulnerabilities.
- Good communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and explore new cybersecurity tools and technologies.
Educational Qualifications
- BCA / MCA / B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Science, Cybersecurity, or related disciplines.
- Fresh graduates with an interest in cybersecurity and technical training are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Kali Linux and basic cybersecurity tools.
- Exposure to vulnerability assessment and penetration testing.
- Basic understanding of virtual machines and networking environments.
- Interest in teaching, mentoring, and technical demonstrations.
