CoFee is a fintech platform developed by KeyValue that helps educational institutions including dance academies, sports academies, tuition centres, play schools, coaching centres, and schools streamline their fee collection. Our platform offers automated payment reminders, WhatsApp-based payment links, and seamless integration with payment gateways enabling direct settlement to institution accounts.

We are hiring a Customer Success Lead with 4–6 years of experience for CoFee, that streamlines fee collection for enterprises, making financial management easier.

What you will do:

- Own the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring smooth onboarding, adoption, and retention.
- Build strong customer relationships and drive long-term engagement.
- Lead product demos, training sessions,



and regular customer reviews.
- Identify upselling opportunities and drive account growth.
- Proactively resolve customer concerns and manage escalations.
- Monitor customer satisfaction, product usage, and engagement metrics.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to improve customer experience.
- Guide and mentor customer success executives.

What makes you a great fit:

- 4–6 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, preferably in SaaS or FinTech.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to drive customer retention, product adoption, and account growth.
