We’re hiring: Customer Success Intern @ Care Dale ?
We’re a small IIT-founded team fixing what’s actually ruining your hair and skin: your shower water. We’re early-stage, move fast, and genuinely enjoy building this together.
What you’ll do:
? Answering questions over WhatsApp and phone - about our product, delivery, refunds, anything
? Log conversations and share weekly insights
? Handle questions on WhatsApp and phone
? Call customers daily, whether for check-ins, refills, feedback, or follow-ups The fun part: you’ll hear things no one else on the team does. Bring them to our brainstorms, pitch fixes, and watch your ideas actually ship.
You: Fluent in Hindi and English, a excellent listener, happy on calls 5-6 hrs a day, comfortable with Google Sheets, patient, and honest.
