We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join our team!

Role Description: Operation Analyst is responsible for managing client appointments, coordinating with partners and ensuring smooth day to day operational tasks. This role involves handling customer and partners queries, checking support emails, processing partner recharges, providing training to partners. The candidate should have problem solving mindset and ability to work in fast paced environment and flexibility to adapt the operational requirements.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and schedule client appointments.




- Coordinate with partners and customers to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle customer and partner queries and provide timely support.
- Monitor and respond to support emails.
- Process partner recharges and assist with related operational tasks.
- Provide training and guidance to partners as required.
- Support day-to-day operations and ensure efficient workflow management.
