? What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Responding to customer questions and support requests

- Communicating with customers through relevant support channels
- Following up on customer issues when required
- Maintaining a professional and helpful approach while handling customers




- Coordinating with the internal team to resolve customer concerns
- Ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience

What We’re Looking For

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi

- Previous experience in Customer Service or SaaS Support
- Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills
- Ability to understand customer needs and respond clearly
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Candidates who can join immediately are preferred
