We are looking for 2 MBA professionals who can help CA firms adopt technology and transform the way they manage their daily operations.

What will you do?Your role will not end with giving a software demo or creating a client account.

You will take ownership of the complete implementation journey of CA firms and work closely with CAs and their teams to ensure they actually start using the software.

Key Responsibilities:

- Onboard CA firms and understand their existing business workflows.
- Coordinate with CAs and their staff for software implementation.
- Configure the platform and assist with initial setup.
- Train CA firm employees on different features and workflows.
- Ensure daily morning task reports are being used by staff.
- Ensure daily evening work reports reach the CA.
- Drive adoption of client follow-ups, task management and notice management workflows.
- Conduct regular calls and follow-ups to resolve implementation gaps.
- Coordinate with the product and technical teams to resolve client issues.




- Track implementation progress and ensure successful adoption within 30–90 days.

- Who should apply?

- MBA graduates (Operations, Marketing, Finance or Business Management preferred).
- Freshers with excellent communication and coordination skills can apply.
- Comfortable speaking with CA professionals and their office staff.
- Patient, disciplined and persistent with follow-ups.
- Good at explaining software and training users.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Excel and web-based applications.
- Willing to take ownership of client implementation from start to finish.

What are we looking for?We don't just need someone who can convince a CA to purchase software.

We need someone who can ensure that the CA and their entire team actually use it.
