? Job Location: FD-50, FD Park, Salt Lake, Sector 3, Kolkata – 700106
? Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
##? Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer support.
- Connect with potential customers through company-provided leads.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable skincare products.
- Drive sales through effective customer consultation and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Communicate with customers in Hindi, English, and Bengali.
## ? Requirements
- Fluency in Hindi, English, and Bengali is essential.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in handling customer calls and queries.
- Basic understanding of sales and customer follow-ups.
- A positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
