Role Description The Customer Outreach Intern is a full-time, Hybrid role based in Raipur.

The intern will support daily customer interactions, including reaching out to existing and potential customers via phone, email, Linkedin to provide information about services, collect feedback, and address basic inquiries. Responsibilities include maintaining customer records, documenting interactions, and escalating complex support issues to the appropriate team members.

The intern will assist in monitoring customer satisfaction,



preparing simple reports on outreach activities, and participating in campaigns or events designed to strengthen customer relationships. The role involves close coordination with internal teams to ensure consistent communication and a positive overall customer experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to engage effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and contribute to a positive customer experience.
- Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to interpret customer feedback, identify patterns, and support data-driven improvements.
