Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) – Jagoo Home Inspection
Jagoo Home Inspection is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused and motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Relationship Executives in Hyderabad.
As a CRE, you will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, handling enquiries and converting leads into successful bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming leads and customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and other digital platforms.
- Understand customer requirements and explain Jagoo's home inspection services.
- Follow up with prospective customers and generate bookings.
- Maintain customer information and lead updates in the CRM.
- Build positive customer relationships and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Eligibility & Skills:
- Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience can apply.
- Positive verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Robust interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to learn and work in a target-oriented environment.
