Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Care Executive role based in #Jamshedpur.

The Customer Care

Executive will handle majorly emails, and other customer interactions to resolve queries, provide product or service information, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities include logging and tracking customer issues,



following standard operating procedures, and escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams when needed. The role involves maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, gathering feedback, and contributing to customer satisfaction and retention initiatives.

Eligibility:

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
