Role Description The Culinary Specialist will work full time on-site in the Greater Kolkata Area, supporting product development and culinary applications for Cremica’s range of food products. The role involves preparing and cooking food items, testing recipes, and creating menu ideas using Cremica sauces, spreads, gravies, and snacks.

The Culinary

Specialist will collaborate with internal teams to conduct tastings, gather feedback, and refine recipes for both retail and food service customers.



Daily responsibilities include maintaining hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen, documenting recipes and preparation methods, and assisting with demos, training sessions, and promotional events.

Qualifications

- Solid skills in Food Preparation and Cooking, with the ability to follow and develop recipes.
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage products, particularly sauces, dressings, snacks, and related categories.
- Experience in Food Service operations, including portion control, presentation, and kitchen hygiene.
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and conducting product demos.
- Relevant culinary qualification or diploma from a recognized institute is preferred.
- Experience in an industrial or QSR kitchen environment is an advantage.
- Understanding of food safety standards and basic HACCP principles.
- Ability to work on-site full time in the Greater Kolkata Area and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
