Role Description The Credit Manager role at Bajaj Finserv is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune City. This role is responsible for evaluating and approving credit applications, assessing customer creditworthiness, and managing credit limits in line with company policies. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing financial statements, monitoring portfolio performance, identifying potential credit risks, and implementing measures to mitigate those risks.

Manager collaborates closely with sales,



operations, and finance teams to ensure sound credit decisions that support business growth while maintaining portfolio quality. The role also involves preparing credit reports, adhering to regulatory and internal compliance standards, and continuously improving credit assessment processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Credit Management and Credit Risk Management.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for assessing financial data and creditworthiness.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Finance and Credit.
- Relevant academic background such as a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics.
- Experience in NBFCs, banking, or financial services credit roles is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency in using financial analysis tools and MS Excel, along with attention to detail.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to regulatory and internal compliance standards.
