Key Responsibilities
- Establish a comfortable and trusting connection with users early in each conversation, encouraging them to share openly.
- Use active listening techniques by reflecting on users’ concerns, acknowledging their emotions without judgment, and asking open-ended questions to encourage self-reflection.
- Help users gain clarity, identify their own insights, and determine practical next steps rather than providing direct advice.
- Tailor communication and conversational approaches to suit users’ emotional needs, cultural backgrounds, and communication styles across the US, UK, Canada, and Australia.
- Manage sensitive conversations with empathy, patience, professionalism, and strict confidentiality.
