The Role

Manage CSR fundraising, corporate relationships, proposal development,

implementation, reporting, and compliance in alignment with organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Mobilise CSR funds and build corporate partnerships.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, reports, and donor communications.
- Support negotiations and finalise CSR agreements.
- Ensure transparent reporting and regulatory compliance.
- Represent the organisation at networking events and conferences.
- Monitor CSR performance and share regular stakeholder updates.

Minimum Qualifications
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work (BSW), Development Studies, Sociology, Sustainability, Public Policy, or a related social sciences field.
- Preferred: Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW), MBA in Sustainability/CSR, or Master’s in Development Studies/Rural Management.
- CSR Executive:



Minimum 1 year of experience.
- CSR Manager: Minimum 4 years of experience.
- Experience in community development, NGO coordination, or CSR initiatives preferred. Relevant BSW/MSW internships will be highly valued.
- Strong understanding of social development challenges, stakeholder mapping, and project lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and reporting skills to connect corporate teams with grassroots communities.
