Role Description

We are looking for a Content Writer who lives on social media, spots trends early, and turns them into content that gets views. You will write Reel scripts and the text for our social media creatives, working closely with the design and video team.

What You Will Do

- Write short-form video scripts for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and Facebook Reels, with a strong hook, a clear flow and a CTA
- Write the text for social media images: headlines, taglines, carousel slide copy, captions and CTAs
- Track trending audio, formats, memes and topics,



and adapt them to our brand within 24 to 48 hours
- Plan and write content for the monthly calendar with the marketing team
- Research our products and audience, and learn new topics fast
- Review post performance (reach, saves, shares, watch time) and improve the next piece
- Take feedback and revise quickly

What We Are Looking For

- Strong writing in English (Hindi or Gujarati is a plus)
- A positive grasp of current social media trends and what makes a Reel work
- Ability to learn a new product, industry or topic quickly and write about it with confidence
- Knowledge of hook writing, storytelling and short-form scripting
- Basic familiarity with Canva, CapCut or similar tools
- Comfort with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) to speed up research and drafts, while keeping the final voice original
- Attention to detail: no spelling errors, no copied content

Good to Have

- Experience writing for a brand, agency or D2C business
- Basic SEO and hashtag knowledge
- Experience writing for B2B or international audiences
