About us:

HEER by Bhargavi Hira is a premium, custom-made footwear label blending Indian heritage with contemporary luxury. We create distinctive footwear focused on craftsmanship, intricate embellishments, comfort, and personalisation.

We’re looking for a creative intern passionate about content creation, video editing, and fashion to help bring our brand story to life and grow our social media presence.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Social Media & Growth

- Develop creative ideas to grow HEER’s Instagram organically.
- Research trending Reels, content formats, and competitor strategies.
- Assist with content planning, posting, and performance tracking.

2. Content Creation & Editing

- Conceptualise, shoot, and edit Instagram Reels and short-form videos.
- Design carousels, Stories, static posts, and campaign creatives.
- Write engaging scripts, captions, and copy.
- Create product showcases, styling content, behind-the-scenes videos, and brand stories.
- Maintain HEER’s premium visual aesthetic across all content.

3. Creative Research & Branding

- Research luxury fashion, footwear, and lifestyle trends.
- Develop mood boards and creative concepts for campaigns and product launches.
- Experiment with new editing styles, formats, and AI-powered creative tools.

Required Skills:





- Good video editing skills and understanding of transitions, pacing, hooks, and storytelling.
- Familiarity with AI, CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar tools.
- Strong creative thinking, copywriting, and visual storytelling skills.
- Understanding of Instagram trends and short-form content.
- An eye for aesthetics, design, and branding.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.

Preferred Qualities:

- Passion for content creation, fashion, and social media.
- Interest in luxury, footwear, fashion or lifestyle brands.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to experiment.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
