Job Opportunity: Content Creator & Video Editing Intern

Key Responsibilities

Create & Edit Content:

- Edit raw footage into short-form (Reels, Shorts) and long-form videos with clean cuts, pacing, captions, and sound design.
- Shoot content (interviews, talking-head videos, B-roll, founder content) using phone or camera.
- Design simple graphics, thumbnails, and static posts using Canva or Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator.
- Add subtitles, motion graphics, transitions, and sound effects aligned with Infiheal’s tone — warm, human, and credible.

Drive Ideas, Not Just Execution:
- Pitch content ideas and trends relevant to mental health, wellness, and Gen Z/millennial audiences.
- Adapt trending audio, formats, and templates to fit Infiheal’s voice with authenticity and sensitivity.
- Collaborate on scripts, hooks, and storyboards before shooting.

Manage the Content Engine





- Maintain a content calendar and manage multiple videos/posts in production.
- Organize raw footage, project files, and finished assets systematically.
- Track performance metrics (views, saves, shares) and bring insights to improve future content.

Requirements:

- Strong hands-on skills in video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- A portfolio, reel, or Instagram/YouTube page showcasing editing and content work (links/handles required).
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar).
- Strong instincts for pacing, trends, and what makes content engaging.
- Comfort working with sensitive topics like mental health with empathy and care.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in media, communications, design, marketing, or related field (not mandatory if portfolio is robust).
