Content Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Content Specialist to join our dynamic team. This full-time position is ideal for someone with a passion for writing, a flair for storytelling, and the ability to craft engaging, accurate and impactful content across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Research, draft, edit and proofread content for diverse communication needs.
- Collaborate with teams across the organisation to gather insights, ensure alignment and deliver polished outputs.
- Uphold high standards of accuracy, grammar and tone consistency in all written materials.
- Manage timelines effectively and ensure timely delivery of quality content.

Desired Qualifications and Skills

- Undergraduate degree in English or Journalism (mandatory).
- Proficient in MS Word.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong editing and proofreading expertise, with meticulous attention to detail, including punctuation, grammar and formatting.




- Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and page presentation (design skills not required).
- Proficiency in AI tools for research, content development, editing and refinement, supported by solid editorial judgement and a focus on accuracy, originality and brand consistency.
- A proactive team player with excellent coordination abilities.
- Highly organised, self-motivated and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good work ethic, respect for deadlines and prompt communication.

Application Requirement

- A short sample text, not exceeding 250 words, on the topic: “Why do I like to write.”

Work Details

- Full-time role based in Mohali (Sector 80) or Sector 34, depending on work requirements.
- Two Saturdays working.
