Teen Bandar is looking for a creative, trend-savvy Content & Instagram Strategist who knows what makes people stop scrolling, engage, share and follow.

The role involves developing content strategies, coming up with fresh ideas and managing Instagram content end-to-end across multiple client accounts. We’re looking for someone who understands internet culture, has a sharp eye for what works on social media and can turn ideas into content that people actually want to watch and share.

An interest in politics and current affairs is a strong plus. You should be able to follow the news, spot relevant conversations and translate them into timely, engaging social media content.

What You’ll Do

Build content strategies: Develop content plans and monthly calendars for multiple brands and clients.

Make Instagram interesting: Ideate for Reels, Stories, carousels and static posts that are relevant, engaging and shareable.

Write for social: Craft sharp captions, hooks, Reel scripts and calls to action that capture attention.

Own the content pipeline: Coordinate day-to-day content planning, scheduling, publishing and execution across accounts.

Know the audience: Research competitors, audience behaviour and content performance to identify what works and what’s next.





Turn news into content: Follow current affairs and identify opportunities for timely, accurate and engaging social media posts.

Track and improve: Monitor reach, engagement, shares and saves, and use insights to improve content performance.

What We’re Looking For

3-5 years of experience in Instagram management, content creation or social media strategy.

Strong creative thinking, sharp writing skills and a good understanding of Instagram formats, trends and memes.

Experience in content planning, calendar management and handling multiple accounts.

Good research skills and an understanding of audience behaviour and engagement.

An interest in politics and current affairs; campaign experience is a plus.

Familiarity with Instagram Insights and Canva is an advantage.

Ability to work in a fast-paced agency workplace and meet deadlines.
