Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad for a Content Creator & Podcaster. The role involves planning and producing multimedia content, including podcast episodes, short-form videos, and written content that aligns with the voice and goals of multiple True Knock brands. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching topics, drafting scripts and interview questions, recording and hosting podcast sessions, coordinating with guests, and collaborating with marketing and design teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.

The Content

Creator & Podcaster will also edit audio and video content, optimize content for various platforms, and monitor audience engagement to refine content strategies.



The position requires active participation in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and occasional cross-brand content projects.

Qualifications

- Content creation skills, including scriptwriting, storytelling, and structuring episodes for podcasts and digital channels.
- Audio and video production skills, such as basic recording, editing, and post-production using common tools (e.g., Audacity, Adobe Audition, Premiere Pro, or similar).
- Digital and social media skills, including familiarity with major platforms, audience engagement techniques, and content optimization.
- Research and planning skills to identify relevant topics, prepare questions, and generate ideas aligned with brand objectives.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence in hosting, interviewing, and speaking on-mic in a professional manner.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage deadlines, and handle multiple projects across different brands.
- Relevant education or training in media, communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field is beneficial.
- Prior experience in podcasting, content creation, or media production is preferred but candidates with strong portfolios and demonstrable skills are encouraged to apply.
