Roles and Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, enhance, and support Workday integrations for HCM and Financials business processes.
- Translate functional requirements into Workday integration, data, and reporting solutions.
- Develop and maintain BIRT reports and output formats for operational, financial, and regulatory requirements.
- Investigate integration failures, data discrepancies, and production incidents, implementing appropriate corrective actions.
- Support testing, deployment, release changes, validation, and technical documentation for Workday solutions.

Skills Required:

- 4-7 years of relevant experience in Workday consulting, integrations,



and reporting.
- Hands-on experience with Workday and a robust understanding of Workday enterprise application architecture.
- Practical knowledge of Workday HCM business processes, data structures, and configuration concepts.
- Practical knowledge of Workday Financials processes, data structures, and integration requirements.
- Experience with Workday integration development, troubleshooting, testing, and BIRT reporting.

Good to Have:
- Experience delivering integrations across Workday HCM and Workday Financials modules.

Education: Any Graduation or Any Post Graduation.
