The Communications Executive will work closely with designated initiatives and teams across the organisation to understand their objectives, audiences and communication needs, translating these into explicit, compelling and effective communication programmes. The role will involve developing and executing integrated communication plans across channels, working closely with specialist internal teams across design, social media and web, as well as external agency partners, to ensure high-quality, timely and impactful delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing communications, with the ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable communication plans and manage end-to-end execution. Hands-on knowledge of digital marketing is essential, including digital campaign planning and execution, social media marketing, paid digital and print advertising, and full-funnel engagement. The candidate should be comfortable using web analytics and digital campaign performance tools, such as Google Analytics 4, to track reach, engagement,



traffic and conversions, derive insights and optimise campaign effectiveness.

Experience in strategic communications within the NGO, development sector or public services context would be a distinct advantage.

The role requires demonstrated capability in managing external partners across creative, media, production and PR, alongside strong stakeholder and project management skills. The candidate should be able to engage effectively with senior leaders, build consensus across diverse teams, manage multiple priorities and budgets, and drive delivery in a complex, mission-driven organisation. Willingness to travel within India, particularly to Tier 2 and Tier 3 towns and rural areas, is essential to develop a first-hand understanding of the organisation's work, programmes, communities and impact, and translate these insights into authentic and effective communications programs.
