Role Description The Conference Producer at Exibex Group is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for end-to-end conference production, including developing event concepts, structuring agendas, and aligning themes with current industry trends.

The Conference

Producer conducts market research to identify relevant topics, target audiences, and potential partners, and manages speaker acquisition by engaging industry leaders, confirming participation, and coordinating session details.



Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with marketing and operations teams, overseeing timelines and deliverables, managing stakeholder communication, and ensuring each event meets quality, revenue, and attendee satisfaction goals.

Qualifications

- Conference production skills, including agenda creation, program design, and content development.
- Market research capabilities to analyze industries, identify trends, and define target audiences.
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder management, internal coordination, and client interaction.
- Speaker acquisition experience, including sourcing, outreach, negotiation, and relationship management.
- Event management skills for coordinating logistics, timelines, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field; experience in B2B events or conferences is an advantage.

- Proficiency in standard office and collaboration tools; familiarity with CRM or event management platforms is beneficial.
