Company Description Kynhood (KYN) is a discovery and community platform that connects people through experiences and interest-based communities. The platform helps individuals find events, live shows, sports activities, workshops, nightlife, and community-led experiences in their city. The company’s mission is to help community members explore, connect, and belong in vibrant urban environments. Applicants joining Kynhood will contribute to building inclusive, engaging communities both online and offline.

About the roleWe help hosts build communities through events, content and engagement, and we are building this into a community SaaS : hosts pay us for the tools to run their communities and earn from their members through subscriptions and paid content.

You will own two kinds of communities:

· Content communities: paywalled content, subscriptions and premium access

· Engagement communities: gamification, streaks, levels, rewards and member activity

What you'll do· Find and onboard hosts: identify the right hosts from our existing base (with the ticketing team) and new ones and get them set up on community features.

· Drive activation: help each host launch their community, set up content or engagement mechanics, and get members using it every week.

· Drive monetization: help hosts price plans, packages and paid content,



get their first paying members, and grow from there.

· Retain hosts: run regular check-ins, spot hosts at risk of dropping off and fix the cause.

· Build playbooks: document what works for content hosts and engagement hosts, so onboarding becomes repeatable.

· Use data: track the funnel (onboarded, live, active, monetizing, paying, retained) and report weekly and monthly.

· Feed product: collect host feedback and requests, write them up clearly, and help prioritize what we build next. You write requirements and test them. You don't code.

· Work with the events team: agree on referrals and handoffs, so hosts have one transparent point of contact.

What we're looking for· 1 to 2 years of experience working with creators, hosts, communities. Strong freshers are welcome

· Comfort with numbers: you can read a simple dashboard, work in a spreadsheet, and explain what it means.

· Clear communication, in writing and on calls, with hosts and internal teams.

· Help hosts grow their communities by helping them with content plan, engagement ideas etc.

· Curiosity about subscriptions, community platforms, and gamified apps.

· Structured and organized: you can manage many hosts at once without dropping follow-ups.

Nice to have· Experience with subscription products, memberships or paid communities.

· Understanding of gamification or engagement design.
