We are looking for confident and enthusiastic Cold Calling Executives who can communicate professionally with students and potential customers over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to students and potential customers using the provided contact database.
- Explain HiGen Labs' programs, courses, internships, and relevant opportunities clearly.
- Generate interest and encourage potential students to register for relevant programs.
- Maintain accurate call records, follow-up details, and daily reports.
- Follow the provided calling scripts and communication guidelines.
- Meet assigned calling targets and complete tasks within deadlines.
- Handle queries professionally and maintain a positive experience for prospective students.
Eligibility Criteria
- Positive verbal communication skills.
- Confidence in speaking over the phone.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to maintain records using Google Sheets or Excel.
- Responsible, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
- Freshers and college students are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in cold calling, telecalling, sales, or customer support is an advantage but not mandatory.
Compensation₹3,500 for completing 3,000 calls, subject to the agreed calling guidelines and verification of completed work. Candidates should review the calling targets, payment terms, and performance expectations before accepting the role.
