About the Role

CliniLaunch Research Institute is looking for a dedicated and subject-oriented Clinical Research Trainer to join our academic team in Cochin. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of clinical research concepts and the ability to deliver effective classroom training. The candidate will play an important role in educating, guiding, and preparing students for career opportunities in the clinical research industry.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Deliver classroom-based training on clinical research fundamentals and advanced concepts.
- Explain clinical trial processes, protocols, GCP guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide practical knowledge and industry-oriented insights to students.
- Develop and update training materials, presentations, and learning resources.
- Conduct assessments, assignments, and mock sessions to evaluate student understanding.
- Mentor students and clarify their academic and subject-related queries.
- Track student progress and provide regular feedback.




- Stay updated with the latest clinical research trends, guidelines, and industry developments.

Educational Qualifications

- BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery)
- B.Pharm (Bachelor of Pharmacy)
- M.Pharm (Master of Pharmacy)
- Pharm.D (Doctor of Pharmacy)

Required Skills

- Strong subject knowledge in Clinical Research.
- Good understanding of clinical trials, GCP, and clinical research processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and practical manner.
- Robust classroom management and student engagement skills.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.

Experience

- Candidates with relevant clinical research industry experience are preferred.
- Prior teaching, academic, or clinical research training experience will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with strong subject knowledge and excellent communication skills may also apply.
