About the Role

About the role: Morae is hiring a hands-on configuration lead to own and lead the CLM configuration team across Sirion and Ironclad implementations.

Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor the CLM configuration team across Sirion and Ironclad projects.
- Own end-to-end platform configuration: contract types, metadata, templates, clauses, workflows, approvals, roles, and reporting.
- Translate business requirements into configuration designs and build estimates.
- Set and enforce configuration standards, reviews, and documentation.
- Work with integration and migration teams, and support UAT through go-live.
- Act as the technical point of contact for configuration with clients and with Sirion/Ironclad.

Qualifications

- 12–16 years of overall experience, with 10+ years of hands-on CLM configuration.
- Deep hands-on expertise in Sirion and/or Ironclad, with working knowledge of the other.
- Multiple end-to-end CLM implementations delivered through go-live.




- Proven experience leading a team of configuration or technical consultants.
- Solid understanding of the contract lifecycle, CLM data models, workflows, and security.
- Working knowledge of APIs and integrations with CRM, ERP, and e-signature tools.
- Strong communication with legal and business stakeholders.

Required Skills

- Hands-on CLM configuration.
- Expertise in Sirion and/or Ironclad.
- Understanding of contract lifecycle, CLM data models, workflows, and security.
- Working knowledge of APIs and integrations with CRM, ERP, and e-signature tools.
- Strong communication with legal and business stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

- Positive to have Sirion and/or Ironclad certifications.
- Experience with other CLM platforms (Icertis, Agiloft, DocuSign CLM, Conga).
- Consulting or implementation-partner background.
