Role Description The Client Servicing Manager – Healthcare is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane, responsible for managing and growing relationships with healthcare clients. This role involves acting as the primary point of contact, understanding client objectives and coordinating with internal teams to deliver digital marketing and communication solutions that meet client expectations. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing project timelines, preparing and presenting campaign plans and performance reports, resolving client concerns and ensuring consistent service quality.





The Manager will collaborate closely with creative, strategy and production teams to align deliverables with healthcare industry standards and brand guidelines. The role also includes identifying opportunities for account growth, supporting new proposals and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Client Services and Client Relations skills to manage healthcare accounts and foster long-term partnerships.
- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction capabilities to respond to client needs proactively and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, presentation and stakeholder management.
- Experience in digital marketing or agency environments, ideally with exposure to healthcare or pharmaceutical brands.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Analytical mindset to interpret campaign performance data and contribute to strategic recommendations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field preferred.
- Comfort working on-site in Thane and collaborating closely with colleagues and clients.
