Role Description This is a full-time, in office Clinical Audiologist role based in Kochi.

The Clinical

Audiologist will perform comprehensive audiological assessments, including pure-tone audiometry, speech audiometry, and impedance testing. The role includes counseling clients and families, recommending appropriate hearing solutions, and fitting, programming, and verifying hearing aids and related devices. The Audiologist will provide aural rehabilitation and basic speech-related therapy support, track patient progress, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and coordinate follow-up care.

The role also involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams,



ensuring adherence to clinical standards, and participating in community outreach or awareness programs as needed.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Audiology and Hearing Aid Dispensing skills, including assessment, fitting, programming, and troubleshooting of hearing devices.
- Candidates should possess skills in Speech and Speech Therapy to support communication needs and provide basic speech-related interventions where appropriate.
- Candidates should possess Aural Rehabilitation skills to guide clients through hearing therapy, device use, and communication strategies.
- Relevant degree in Audiology or Speech and Hearing (Bachelor’s or Master’s), with valid professional licensure or registration as required by local regulations.
- Strong interpersonal, counseling, and client education skills, with the ability to work respectfully with diverse age groups and backgrounds.
- Attention to detail in clinical documentation, ability to use audiology equipment and software, and commitment to evidence-based practice.
- Prior experience in a clinical or hearing care setting is preferred, though early-career professionals with appropriate training are also encouraged to apply.
