Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic, proactive, and motivated individuals to join our Client Servicing team. If you have excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, and client relationship management, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Understand client requirements, business objectives, and campaign expectations.
- Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and share client updates.
- Handle client queries, follow-ups, and escalations in a timely manner.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, cross-selling, and upselling.
- Support client retention and revenue growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of campaign objectives.

Requirements

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Solid coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, digital marketing, and business development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Freshers and candidates with 6 months–1 year of relevant industry experience are encouraged to apply.
