- Position: Customer Relationship Executive (CRM)
- Experience: 3–5 Years
- Salary: ₹23,000 – ₹30,000 per month

? Roles & Responsibilities:

✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.

✅ Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.

✅ Follow up with clients and ensure timely resolution of concerns.

✅ Maintain customer records and update CRM tools.

✅ Coordinate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction.

✅ Support client retention and identify opportunities for business growth.

? Required Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of email and WhatsApp communication.
- Experience using CRM tools and managing customer data.
- Robust problem-solving and follow-up skills.
