FullHouse is looking for a proactive and organised Client Servicing Executive to manage client relationships, coordinate projects and ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day client communication and relationships.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate briefs with internal teams.
- Liaise with creative, social media and digital marketing teams.
- Handle client feedback, queries and follow-ups.
- Track project timelines and ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare proposals, presentations and campaign updates.




- Ensure client satisfaction and smooth project execution.

Required Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust coordination and relationship-management abilities.
- Good understanding of advertising, branding and digital marketing.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts.
- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
- Prior experience in client servicing or account management is preferred.
