Cognibee Media is a Hyderabad content and technology company. Our wedding brands, Tales by Zoticus and Paper Moon Project, make premium wedding films and photographs for couples across India.

The role

You will be the single point of contact for our couples after they book, and you will own the post-production pipeline so every film, photo set and album is delivered on time.

Client coordination

- Own every booked client on WhatsApp, calls and email; reply quickly and warmly
- Collect event details (dates, venues, timings, rituals, family contacts) and brief the production team
- Keep couples updated on edits, deliverables, album selections and payment schedules
- Handle feedback and change requests and route them to the right editor
- Send payment reminders as per the schedule and keep the client tracker up to date

Post-production management

- Run the post-production board: assign films and photo sets to editors,



set deadlines and track daily progress
- Manage data: footage intake, backups and hard-drive tracking after every event
- Review drafts against client briefs before they go out; coordinate revisions
- Manage album design, printing and dispatch with vendors
- Spot delays early and keep a explicit weekly report of pending deliverables

Must have

- 2+ years in client servicing and/or post-production coordination at a wedding photography or filmmaking studio
- Clear spoken and written English, Telugu and Hindi
- Very organised, quick to reply, strong at follow-ups
- Comfortable with WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets and project trackers

Details

- Full-time, in office in Hyderabad, Monday to Saturday
- Salary based on experience
