We are looking for a confident, proactive and result-oriented individual to join our Business Development team and contribute to our client acquisition efforts.
What We're Looking ForAn individual with excellent communication skills, confidence in interacting with business owners and the ability to identify potential business opportunities through structured outreach and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective clients using business contact databases provided by the company.
- Initiate outbound calls to businesses and introduce The Hyper Crew and its services.
- Pitch relevant agency services and communicate their value to potential clients.
- Understand initial client requirements and assess their interest in our offerings.
- Identify interested prospects and schedule business meetings with the internal team.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with prospective clients to maintain engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, interested prospects and meeting schedules.
- Regularly update and manage the lead database and outreach tracker.
- Work towards daily calling, outreach and qualified meeting-generation targets.
Key Skills & Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in speaking with business owners and professionals.
- Ability to pitch services and generate interest through conversations.
- Good persuasion and objection-handling abilities.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / MS Excel.
- Self-motivated, disciplined and comfortable working with targets.

Internship Details
- Duration: 3 Months
- Department: Outreach & Sales
- Stipend: ₹4,000/-
- Performance Incentives: you may be eligible to recieve a performance incentive solely at company's discretion.
