Client Advisor – Baby Crew

Be the trusted voice for new parents: guide them to the right products, earn their confidence, and look after them long after the order ships.

Our customers are discerning parents and caregivers, who expect the care of a personal shopper. You will advise them, close the sale, and turn first-time buyers into lifelong clients.

Responsibilities:

- Advise customers over phone, WhatsApp, email and chat on the right products for their baby, their home and their lifestyle
- Convert enquiries into orders and achieve your monthly revenue target
- Build the basket thoughtfully through upselling, cross-selling, gifting sets and bundles
- Look after clients end to end: order tracking, exchanges, returns, refunds and escalations, always within SLA
- Turn complaints into loyalty by resolving issues with kindness and ownership
- Keep accurate CRM records of every interaction and opportunity

Qualifications :

- 2-4 years in consultative or client-facing sales, relationship management or premium customer service
- Experience in luxury or premium retail, hospitality, private banking, premium real estate or auto, or premium D2C (strongly preferred)
- Excellent communication skills and an active listener
- Comfort with CRM tools and multi-channel communication (call, WhatsApp, email, chat)
