Role Description The Civil Project Engineer will oversee and coordinate civil engineering activities on construction and infrastructure projects, ensuring that designs are implemented safely, accurately, and on schedule. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing and interpreting civil drawings, coordinating with architects, structural engineers, and contractors, and monitoring site work related to earthwork, foundations, utilities, roads, and drainage systems. The role involves conducting site inspections, enforcing quality control standards, verifying compliance with codes and specifications, and supporting resolution of technical issues during construction.





The Civil Project

Engineer will prepare and maintain project documentation, progress reports, and site records, while supporting cost and schedule control. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur, requiring close collaboration with project stakeholders and continuous presence at project locations.

Qualifications

- Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design skills, with the ability to interpret and apply design standards and construction drawings.
- Site Development and Stormwater Management skills, including planning and coordinating grading, drainage, and utility layouts.
- Quality Control skills, with experience in inspections, material checks, and adherence to project specifications and safety standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Experience working on building, infrastructure, or industrial projects, preferably in project management or site engineering roles.
- Proficiency in relevant engineering and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D or equivalent) and strong MS Office skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities, with capacity to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of Indian building codes, standards, and regulatory requirements; familiarity with PMC environments is an advantage.
