Experience: 7–8 Years
Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Full time)
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day civil construction and site execution activities.
- Handle RCC works, pile foundations and PEB structures.
- Manage brickwork, plastering, flooring, waterproofing and finishing works.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors and project teams.
- Monitor project progress, quality and timely completion.
- Maintain site reports and ensure safety compliance.
- Candidate Requirements:
- 7–8 years of relevant work experience.
- Mandatory: Hands-on experience in civil construction/execution at a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility or plant.
- Experience in RCC works, pile foundations and PEB structures.
- Good knowledge of civil drawings, site execution and quality control.
