About the RoleGauri Buildcon Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Billing Engineer to manage construction billing, quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, contractor billing, and measurement verification.

The candidate should have practical experience in civil construction billing, the ability to interpret engineering drawings, and good knowledge of MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, verify, and process contractor bills and client RA bills.
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs from architectural and structural drawings.
- Prepare and verify BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
- Maintain Measurement Books (MB) and measurement sheets.
- Verify executed quantities at construction sites.
- Perform rate analysis for various civil construction activities.
- Check contractor bills against actual site measurements and BOQ quantities.
- Monitor extra items, deviation statements, and variation claims.




- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, contractors, and accounts teams.
- Maintain proper records of bills, measurements, work orders, and supporting documents.
- Prepare billing statements, reconciliation reports, and project cost-related documentation.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in submitted bills and measurements.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in civil construction billing.
- Strong understanding of RA bills, BOQs, MB, and quantity estimation.
- Knowledge of architectural and structural drawings.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Understanding of rate analysis, billing procedures, and contractor payments.
- Good numerical, analytical, and documentation skills.
- Ability to coordinate with site teams and contractors independently.
