Be the Group CEO’s right hand and the engine that turns priorities into results.

Trivium Media Group (TMG) is a prominent advertising, branding, media, public relations, film production, and digital media agency in India. We help brands build strong identities, sharp communication strategies, and lasting market presence through creative and integrated solutions.

We are looking for a Chief of Staff to partner directly with the Group CEO. You will own the CEO’s agenda and priorities, drive strategic initiatives across our businesses, and make sure decisions are followed by action. This goes well beyond managing a calendar. You will anticipate what the Group CEO needs, bring structure to a fast-moving workplace, and be the main link between leadership and every function of the group.

You will have the CEO’s trust, a seat close to every major decision, and a real opportunity to grow into larger leadership roles.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Strategic Partnership & Decision Support:-

1. Work with the Group CEO to set, sharpen, and track company priorities, goals, and key business initiatives
2. Prepare briefing notes, analysis, and recommendations so decisions are made with the right information
3. Represent the Group CEO’s intent in internal forums and, where required, with clients and partners
4. Support strategic projects, new business opportunities, and special assignments from start to finish

Business Operations & Cross-Functional Execution:-
1. Be the primary coordination point between the Group CEO and department heads, business units, and group companies
2. Track strategic projects, action plans, and management commitments, and keep trackers and dashboards current
3. Run the review rhythm: agendas, minutes of meeting (MoMs), follow-ups, and closure of action items
4. Spot delays and risks early, escalate where needed, and keep owners accountable for deadlines
5. Support annual planning, budget discussions, and business review meetings

Leadership Communication & Stakeholder Management:-
1. Draft and review CEO communication: presentations, reports, business correspondence, leadership updates, and internal memos
2. Prepare MIS reports and management presentations for leadership reviews
3. Manage relationships with clients, partners, consultants, and senior external stakeholders on the Group CEO’s behalf
4. Prepare the Group CEO for key meetings, client discussions, and external engagements

CEO Office Management:-
1. Own the Group CEO’s calendar, priorities, and time, making sure it reflects what matters most
2. Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel, leadership meetings, corporate events, conferences, and offsites
3. Oversee the Group CEO’s expenses, documentation, and reimbursements in coordination with Finance
4.

Handle all confidential business and personal information with complete discretion

WHAT YOU BRING

Must-Haves:-

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Communications, or a related field (an MBA is a plus)
2. 2–5 years of experience in business management, strategy, corporate operations, or in a CEO or leadership office
3. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders at once and deliver on time
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort in numbers and business metrics
5. Excellent written and verbal communication, with a strong command of presentations and business writing
6. Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook, and in building MIS reports and trackers
7. High maturity, professionalism, and the judgment to handle confidential information

Good to Have:-
1. Experience supporting founders, C-level executives, or business heads
2. Background in an agency, media, advertising, PR, or other client-service business
3. Experience with project management or dashboard tools
4. Exposure to budgeting, business planning, or review processes

HOW YOU WORK

- You think ahead, and act before being asked
- You stay composed and adapt quickly when priorities change
- You influence without authority and build trust across teams at every level
- You take ownership, follow through, and close the loop
- You are discreet, reliable, and commercially aware

WHY JOIN TMG

- Work side by side with the Group CEO and see how an integrated agency is led from the top
- Exposure to strategy, clients, and operations across advertising, branding, PR, media, and film
- High ownership with a clear path to larger leadership responsibility
