About the Role

As CFO, you will lead the entire finance function: accounting, compliance, treasury, planning and analysis. You will be a key partner to the leadership team, turning numbers into decisions that support profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Own financial strategy, annual budgeting, forecasting and long-term business planning
- Oversee accounting, MIS, month-end and year-end closing, and accurate financial reporting
- Manage cash flow, working capital, banking relationships and fund-raising (debt and equity)
- Ensure full compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, ROC/MCA, Companies Act and other statutory requirements
- Set up and strengthen internal controls, audit processes and risk management
- Track cost, margins and profitability across routes, fleet, warehousing and customer accounts
- Evaluate capital expenditure, new investments and expansion opportunities
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team




- Present financial performance and insights to the MD, board and investors

Eligibility and Qualifications

- 10+ years of post-qualification experience, with at least 5 years in a CFO, Finance Head or Senior Finance Manager role
- Experience in logistics, transport, supply chain, or a similar asset-heavy business is highly preferred
- Solid command of Indian taxation, GST, Companies Act and statutory compliance
- Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting software (Tally, SAP, Zoho or similar) and advanced Excel
- Proven experience in budgeting, financial modelling, cash flow and working capital management
- Experience in logistics, transport, supply chain, or a similar asset-heavy business is highly preferred
- Experience in raising funds or working with banks and investors is a plus
- Strong leadership, communication and decision-making skills
- Must be willing to work from our Jaipur office
