Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries and concerns through chat support.
- Provide accurate information and timely resolutions to customer queries.
- Maintain professional and effective written communication.
- Manage multiple customer conversations efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Achieve assigned quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.

Eligibility Criteria




- Graduation in any stream is required.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Good written communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing proficiency.
- Solid interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.
- Willingness to work from the office in Bhopal.

Salary & Benefits
- Freshers: ₹13,000 + ₹1,000
- Experienced: ₹14,000 + ₹1,000
- Salary hikes after 6 months and 1 year.
