Job Summary: Responsible for sourcing chemicals and solvents from China, developing supplier networks, negotiating competitive prices, and managing procurement activities for the company's trading business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, source and develop reliable chemical manufacturers and suppliers across China.
- Source bulk chemicals, solvents, specialty chemicals as per company requirements.
- Identify and develop new suppliers using various sourcing methods and platforms.
- Negotiate competitive prices, payment terms, quality standards, and delivery timelines with Chinese suppliers.
- Obtain and compare quotations to ensure competitive pricing and profitable trading opportunities.
- Verify supplier credibility, manufacturing capabilities, and product quality.




- Coordinate with suppliers for samples, COA, MSDS/SDS, technical specifications, and other required documents.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, MOQ, and delivery timelines with suppliers
- Manage purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers for shipment schedules.
- Monitor market trends, product availability, and price fluctuations in China.
- Build long-term relationships with Chinese manufacturers to ensure consistent supply and better commercial terms.

Ideal Candidate profile:

- Experience in chemical sourcing, procurement, & international purchasing.
- Experience of Chinese chemical manufacturers, suppliers and market trends.
- Understanding of international trade, import procedures, and shipping documentation.
- Solid negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills.
- Ability to work independently and develop new supplier networks.
