Role Description The Center Head role is a full time, on-site position based in Jaipur, responsible for leading and managing the health insurance center’s operations and performance. This role oversees daily branch activities, including business development, customer service, and policy servicing, while ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Head will monitor sales targets, guide the local team to achieve growth objectives, and strengthen relationships with customers, agents, and partners in the region. The role involves tracking key performance indicators, managing budgets,



coordinating with cross-functional teams, and implementing process improvements for efficient service delivery.

Head is also expected to promote a culture of accountability, ethical conduct, and continuous learning within the center.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience in supervising teams and driving performance in a branch or center environment.
- Proven abilities in sales, business development, and customer relationship management, preferably within insurance or financial services.
- Operational and process management skills, including planning, budgeting, reporting, and adherence to regulatory and company policies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with customers, employees, and external partners.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills for reviewing performance data, identifying trends, and implementing corrective actions.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, finance, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Prior experience in health insurance, banking, or related financial services at a managerial level is strongly preferred.
- Comfort with using digital tools, CRM systems, and basic MS Office applications to manage center operations and reporting.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, with a focus on ethical conduct, customer-centricity, and inclusive team collaboration.
