Role Description The CCTV Engineer will be responsible for designing, installing, configuring, and maintaining IP-based CCTV systems and related security infrastructure at client sites. This full-time, in office role is based in Pune and involves conducting site surveys, planning camera layouts, cabling, mounting equipment, and ensuring optimal coverage and image quality. The role includes integrating CCTV with alarm systems, access control, and networking equipment, as well as diagnosing and resolving technical issues in the field.





The engineer will perform regular preventive maintenance, support retail loss prevention initiatives through effective surveillance deployment, and document configurations and service activities. The position also requires collaboration with project managers, safety teams, and client representatives to ensure systems meet process safety and risk management requirements.

Qualifications

- Strong technical skills in IP CCTV systems, including camera selection, configuration, networking, and video management software.
- Experience with alarm systems and access control integration, supporting process safety and secure operations.
- Ability to interpret site drawings, plan layouts, and implement CCTV solutions aligned with safety and compliance standards.
- Hands-on experience with installation, cabling, troubleshooting, and maintenance of CCTV and related low-voltage systems.
- Familiarity with industrial environments (manufacturing, warehouses, hospitals, campuses) and their specific safety requirements.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with clients, vendors, and internal teams, and for preparing basic technical documentation.
- Diploma or degree in Electronics, Electrical, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in surveillance and security systems.
- Willingness to work on-site at various client locations in and around Pune and to respond to urgent service needs when required.
