We are looking for enthusiastic, guest-oriented, and service-driven individuals to join our Food & Beverage team as Captains at our outlets.

Department: Food & Beverage Experience: 6–12 Months

Education: Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management or relevant hospitality-related course.

Role OverviewThe Captain will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day service operations within their assigned section, ensuring excellent guest experiences, maintaining service standards, and coordinating effectively with the restaurant team.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily food and beverage service operations within the assigned section.
- Welcome guests and ensure a warm, professional dining experience.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely service.
- Guide and assist stewards in maintaining service quality and efficiency.
- Ensure proper table setup, restaurant cleanliness, and adherence to grooming standards.
- Possess good knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and daily specials.
- Handle guest queries, feedback, and basic complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service operations.




- Monitor guest satisfaction and ensure hospitality standards are consistently maintained.

Candidate Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or a relevant hospitality-related course.
- 6–12 months of experience in Food & Beverage service.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid guest-handling and customer-service abilities.
- Basic knowledge of restaurant service standards and etiquette.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Presentable personality, positive attitude, and professional grooming.
- Team-oriented approach with basic leadership and coordination skills.
