About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic, high-performing State Business Head – Sales to drive our POS Financial Services and Loan Selling business across Bihar. If you are a strategic leader with a proven track record of scaling merchant networks, driving multi-crore loan portfolios, and leading high-velocity sales teams, we want you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Leadership: Own the AUM, revenue targets, and market share for POS installations and loan cross-selling across Bihar.
- Merchant Acquisition & Loan Disbursal: Drive active merchant acquisition and leverage the POS network to upsell unsecured business loans, personal loans,



and working capital solutions.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of Area Sales Managers (ASMs) and Sales Executives.
- Channel & Partner Management: Build and maintain solid relationships with local distributors, DSA networks, and key retail accounts.
- Risk & Compliance: Ensure healthy portfolio quality (Low NPA/DPD) by monitoring market credit hygiene and collection coordination.

What We Are Looking For:

- Deep geographic knowledge of the Bihar market and retail hubs.
- Strong experience in FinTech, POS acquiring, and retail lending products.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage distributed remote teams.
- Result-oriented mindset with excellent negotiation and data-driven analytical skills.
