We are looking for an experienced Business Head for one of our clients to lead a growing medical equipment and physiotherapy & rehabilitation products business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive overall business growth, revenue and profitability.
- Lead sales, distribution, operations and business expansion.
- Strengthen dealer networks and explore new domestic and international markets.
- Build high-performing teams and streamline business processes.
- Work closely with the founders to define and execute the company's growth strategy.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in business leadership, P&L; management and scaling businesses.
- Experience in medical devices, healthcare equipment, orthopedics or physiotherapy/rehabilitation products preferred.
- Robust commercial acumen, strategic thinking and execution capabilities.
