Role Description The Business Growth Intern will support the sales and business development team in identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and engaging prospective customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, assisting with business planning, preparing presentations and reports, and coordinating with internal teams to support client interactions.



The intern will also help manage customer queries, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, and contribute to campaigns aimed at expanding Volody’s presence in target markets.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Goregaon, Mumbai, requiring the intern to collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders at the office.

Qualifications

- Strong business acumen with skills in Business and Business Planning for supporting growth initiatives and market expansion.
- Analytical Skills to interpret data, perform market research, and derive actionable insights for business strategies.
- Excellent Communication abilities to interact with internal teams and external stakeholders, and to prepare explicit presentations and reports.
- Customer Service orientation to handle client queries, support onboarding activities, and maintain positive relationships.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Comfort with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic CRM or sales tools; familiarity with SaaS or legal-tech products is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Goregaon, manage time effectively, and collaborate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
