Role Description The Business Growth Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for driving new business and expanding existing client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting meetings and presentations with prospective clients, and preparing proposals tailored to their sustainability and recycling needs. The role involves maintaining a robust sales pipeline, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with operations and sustainability teams to ensure smooth implementation of services.

Qualifications

- Business development and sales skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation
- Knowledge of sustainability, waste management, recycling practices, and climate change concepts
- Strong communication and presentation abilities, with skills in stakeholder engagement and proposal writing
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills for market research, forecasting, and growth planning
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects in a rapid-paced environment
- Prior experience in B2B sales, environmental services, or related industries is highly beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field preferred
- Comfort with on-site client interactions in Mumbai and willingness to travel locally as needed
