About the CompanyKreative Events & Handkraft is a luxury wedding and event management company with 19 years of experience and 700+ weddings across India. We specialize in luxury wedding décor, creative design, and premium event experiences.

Role OverviewWe are looking for a qualified and creative Business Head – Décor & Design to lead the décor business, develop unique design concepts, manage the design and sales team, and drive revenue growth. The role covers local luxury events across Chandigarh Tricity and Punjab, as well as destination weddings across India. Production is outsourced, and wedding planning is a separate vertical.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative concepts, themes, mood boards, and 2D/3D décor designs.
- Lead client presentations, negotiations, and order closures.
- Own décor sales targets, revenue growth, and average order value.
- Lead and manage décor designers, visualisers, and décor sales teams.
- Coordinate with outsourced production partners to maintain design quality.
- Build relationships with premium hotels, venues, wedding planners, and industry partners.
- Manage décor costing,



pricing, and profit margins.
- Strengthen the brand's décor portfolio and visual presence.

Requirements
- Degree/diploma in Interior Design, Event Design, Spatial Design, or Set Design; NID, NIFT, Pearl, JD, or equivalent preferred.
- 3–6 years of experience in luxury wedding or event décor.
- Strong portfolio showcasing large-scale décor concepts and setups.
- At least 2 years of experience in client presentations, high-value sales, team leadership, or revenue ownership.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, 3ds Max, Photoshop, or similar design tools.
- Solid communication, negotiation, creative leadership, and commercial skills.
- Willingness to travel across India.
